Delivery Information

Digital gift cards (Digital - Email) are delivered via email.

Digital gift cards are typically delivered within minutes but can take up to one business day.

You will receive an email for each item in the order with a unique access link.  To view the item, you will need to provide a random 6-digit access code that can only be delivered by SMS or voice call to the phone number you provided at the time of purchase.

Physical gift cards (Physical - Mail) are delivered via USPS first-class mail.

Physical gift cards are typically packaged and mailed within two business days.  Unfortunately, we can't guarantee an arrival date due to variations in the postal service delivery times.  However, your order should arrive in 3 - 7 business days.

We do not charge to send your gift card first-class mail. However, if you want faster delivery, we can price some options for you, and we will need to collect a separate payment for the extra shipping charges.  Just contact us immediately after placing your order at helpme@giftdeals.com.
